As a recently established company with a strong foundation in professional printing, we are enthusiastic about quality craftsmanship, inventiveness, and exceptional customer support.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, drive new client acquisition and expand our market presence in the fast-paced world of printing e-commerce. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through online channels, custom printing services, and B2C solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
• Capable of creating and implementing successful business development plans to boost sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
• Strong understanding of company products and services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
• Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
• Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to position our services competitively in the online printing space.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
• Project and campaign management experience.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Experience with B2C E-commerce.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
