Functional Neurosurgeon Opportunity – Daytona Beach, FL AdventHealth Medical Group – East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Functional Neurosurgeon to join our established and expanding neurosurgery team in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-volume, tertiary care environment alongside 5 neurosurgeons and 10 experienced APPs. Your Role as a Functional Neurosurgeon: Perform Advanced Procedures – Deep brain stimulation (DBS), spinal cord stimulation (SCS), vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), stereotactic and ablative surgeries. Treat Complex Neurological Conditions – Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, epilepsy, chronic pain, dystonia, MS, and spinal cord injury. Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Care – Coordinate treatment plans with neurologists, pain specialists, and rehab teams.
