Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Genesys Cloud Engineer. The Genesys Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, optimizing infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality. The role also involves providing technical support and ensuring seamless system integration.
Qualifications
Experience in Genesys Cloud troubleshooting
Experience in Genesys Cloud Architect
Experience in Genesys Cloud integrations
Experience in Cloud Computing
Knowledge of Infrastructure setup and maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Relevant certifications and experience with Genesys Cloud are a plus
