  • Responsible for the daily administration / supervision of the Flight Training Schedulers, including but not limited to resolving internal and/or external conflicts related to Flight Training Scheduling, assigning and monitoring work distribution and daily coverage, and administering the vacation, holiday and days off bid.
  • This job is a member of the Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division.

  • Supports all positions within Flight Training Scheduling
  • Administers the Flight Training Schedulers' work schedule - daily
  • Completes the monthly Check Airman Overtime Report
  • Assists with overflow desk work; provide sick coverage - as needed
  • Answers training related questions and/or research answers – as needed
  • Coordinates with Crew Resources, Crew Schedule and Flight Standards and other internal/external business partners
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 3+ years related job experience
  • Advanced TMS/FOS/CREWS knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Advanced TMS (Qualtero or MINT systems)/FOS/Flight Crew knowledge and experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of the APA and TWU Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
