Luxury/High-End Residential Construction - Superintendent

A leading luxury custom homebuilder is seeking an experienced High-End Custom Home Superintendent This is a great opportunity to lead projects with values ranging from $1-7M and greater.

High-End Custom Home Superintednent Qualifications:

5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building high-end, luxury single family homes

Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets

Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

Excellent collaborator and communicator with a thorough understanding of construction procedures (including structure, building envelope, MEP, interior and exterior finishes)

Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Ability to think creatively and problem solve on the fly

Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required

Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
