Germain Yacht Center, A Germain Company - Marina Parts Department/Shipping and Receiving - Naples, FL Full-Time Pay based on experience Germain Offers: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Savings Plan * Paid Vacation * Paid Company Holidays * Company Outings and Activities * Ongoing Professional Development * Employee Discounts * Family-Friendly and Inclusive Culture * Career Growth and Internal Promotions * Custom and Competitive Wage Plans * CLOSED on Sundays to create a schedule that allows you a job and a life Responsibilities: * Maintain parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for both traditional and online sales. * Monitor inventory levels, identify parts shortages or excesses, and take appropriate actions to maintain an adequate inventory. * Utilize inventory management software (Dockmaster) to track and analyze parts usage, turnover rates, and reorder points specific to both traditional and e-commerce sales. * Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies. * Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute online parts sales. * Research and select suitable e-commerce platforms or vendors to facilitate online sales. Parts Ordering and Receiving: * Identify parts needs based on scheduling, repair requests, and projected demand for both traditional and online sales. * Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of boat parts and accessories. * Inspect incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and condition, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers. * Maintain a well-structured receiving system to ensure efficient processing and storage of parts for both traditional and online sales. Parts Distribution: * Coordinate the distribution of parts to various mechanics within the facility, as well as to customers for online sales. * Monitor and track parts requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for both traditional and online orders. * Maintain an organized and easily accessible parts storage area for efficient retrieval and inventory control. * Follow procedures for returning defective or surplus parts and related documentation. Previous Marine, Automotive or Aviation experience a plus.
