Position Title: Nurse Manager – Neonatal ICU (NICU) Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time, Regular

Overview: A leading healthcare provider in Houston is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director to oversee department operations and ensure alignment with the facility's mission, vision, and values
Drive participation in Performance Improvement initiatives to promote quality care and continuous improvement
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and evaluating care outcomes
Contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the Women's Services Units
Provide guidance and clinical support to the NICU nursing team

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Manager or Charge Nurse level), within the past year
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas or multi-state Compact License
- RN Compact License holders must obtain a Texas RN license within 60 days of hire
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
