With the power to apply artificial intelligence and data science to business decisions via enterprise data management solutions, we help leading companies prototype, refine, validate, and scale the most desirable products and delivery models to enterprise scale within weeks. **Role:** **Scrum Master** **Roles and responsibilities:** + Lead day to day execution of one or more scrum teams or project teams + Acts as the single voice to the business and technical community on behalf of the team. + Facilitate release and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and effective collaborator engagement + Lead sprint planning sessions and share sprint dedication updates with the business through status reporting and collaborator review sessions + Oversees the design, development and installation of enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software. + Manages and enforces functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance standard methodologies. + Manages the preparation and monitoring of budgets when necessary. + Manages Clients and Business Stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** + Experience working as Scrum Master and managing Agile projects. + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Experience working with globally distributed teams highly preferred + Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. + Experience working through the requirement, design, development, QA & UAT testing, implementing and delivering in release cycles, and to customers. + Receive and relay detailed information through verbal and written communication. + Communicate clearly and effectively in person, by telephone, by computer and in writing. + Good knowledge on usage of Jira. **Salary and Other Compensation** **:** Applications will be accepted until June 15, 2025 The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,848 - $ 115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
